Standing Committees
The planning, scheduling, and direction of activities at Nativity are accomplished by various committees made up of members of the congregation. Our goal is to have participation by a significant number of different members in the committees so the activates and operation of Nativity can be shaped by those in the congregation.

| Christian Education | Plans and prepares educational programs for children, youth, and adults |
| Evangelism | Administers programs for outreach to new members and for hospitality to visitors |
| Fellowship | Plans coffee hours, picnics, funeral lunches, and congregational meals |
| Finance | Administers the finances of the congregation with the Financial Secretary and the Treasurer; arranges for the annual audit |
| Memorial Fund | Administers memorial gifts received by the congregation |
| Personnel | Administers staff personnel matters |
| Property | Maintains and improves the property, grounds, and physical plant of the congregation |
| Social Ministry | Endeavors to encourage the members of Nativity to fulfill our commission to reach out to those in need |
| Stewardship | Encourages members to be good stewards of their time, talent, and treasure and conducts the Every-Member Response program |
| Worship and Music | Responsible for worship preparation and schedule and evaluates seasonal decisions |
